Refund & Cancellation Policy – Messaha Platform

At Messaha Platform, we aim to provide a fair and transparent cancellation and refund process while maintaining the sustainability of our services, including workspace bookings, memberships, and programs.

1. Booking Cancellations

  • Users may cancel bookings (workspaces, meeting rooms, offices) within the cancellation window specified at the time of booking.
  • Cancellations made within the allowed time may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
  • Late cancellations may result in partial refund or no refund depending on timing.

2. No-Show Policy

  • Failure to attend a confirmed booking ("No-show") will result in forfeiture of the full booking amount.
  • Repeated no-shows may lead to account restrictions or suspension.

3. Memberships & Subscriptions

  • Membership fees (monthly or annual) are generally non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.
  • Users may cancel their subscription at any time, but cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • No refunds will be issued for unused time within an active subscription period.

4. Programs & Events

  • Refund eligibility for paid programs or events depends on the cancellation timing and specific program terms.
  • If a user cancels within the allowed period, they may be eligible for a partial or full refund.
  • If the program or event has already started or been attended, it is non-refundable.
  • If Messaha cancels a program or event, users will be eligible for a full refund or alternative options.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 7 to 14 business days.

6. Non-Refundable Services

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Completed bookings or used services.
  • No-show bookings.
  • Active or partially used memberships.
  • Programs or events after commencement.

7. Exceptional Cases

  • Refund requests outside the standard policy may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at Messaha’s discretion.
