At Messaha Platform, we aim to provide a fair and transparent cancellation and refund process while maintaining the sustainability of our services, including workspace bookings, memberships, and programs.
1. Booking Cancellations
Users may cancel bookings (workspaces, meeting rooms, offices) within the cancellation window specified at the time of booking.
Cancellations made within the allowed time may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
Late cancellations may result in partial refund or no refund depending on timing.
2. No-Show Policy
Failure to attend a confirmed booking ("No-show") will result in forfeiture of the full booking amount.
Repeated no-shows may lead to account restrictions or suspension.
3. Memberships & Subscriptions
Membership fees (monthly or annual) are generally non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.
Users may cancel their subscription at any time, but cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
No refunds will be issued for unused time within an active subscription period.
4. Programs & Events
Refund eligibility for paid programs or events depends on the cancellation timing and specific program terms.
If a user cancels within the allowed period, they may be eligible for a partial or full refund.
If the program or event has already started or been attended, it is non-refundable.
If Messaha cancels a program or event, users will be eligible for a full refund or alternative options.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 7 to 14 business days.
6. Non-Refundable Services
The following are generally non-refundable:
Completed bookings or used services.
No-show bookings.
Active or partially used memberships.
Programs or events after commencement.
7. Exceptional Cases
Refund requests outside the standard policy may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at Messaha’s discretion.
By using the Platform, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
