Welcome to Messaha Platform, a platform designed to empower entrepreneurs, startups, and individuals by providing workspace solutions, programs, and community-driven services. By accessing our website, mobile application, or related services (collectively referred to as the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the Platform.

1. Definitions

  • "Platform" refers to the website, application, and related services of Messaha.
  • "Member" refers to any registered user who subscribes to or uses the Platform services.
  • "Client" refers to any user who books spaces, services, or programs through the Platform.
  • "User" refers to any individual who uses the Platform, including Members and Clients.
  • "Services" refers to workspace bookings, memberships, programs, events, and any other offerings provided through the Platform.

2. Eligibility

  • To use the Platform, you must:
  • Be at least 18 years old or have legal consent from a parent or guardian.
  • Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
  • Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if false information is provided or these Terms are violated.

3. Account Registration

  • Users may be required to create an account to access certain services such as memberships, bookings, or programs.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You agree to notify Messaha immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Services & Bookings

  • The Platform allows users to book workspaces, meeting rooms, offices, and other facilities.
  • Bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed upon successful payment.
  • Users must adhere to the rules and policies of each space during usage.
  • Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the booking without refund.

5. Memberships & Subscriptions

  • The Platform may offer monthly or annual membership plans.
  • Membership benefits, pricing, and access levels will be clearly defined at the time of subscription.
  • Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
  • Users are responsible for managing and canceling their subscriptions before renewal.

6. Programs & Events

  • The Platform may offer free or paid programs, workshops, or events.
  • Participation is subject to eligibility criteria and availability.
  • Messaha reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel programs when necessary.

7. Pricing & Payments

  • All fees for bookings, memberships, or programs must be paid through approved payment methods.
  • Prices may include or exclude applicable taxes as stated.
  • The Platform reserves the right to modify pricing at any time.
  • Payments may be held or declined in case of suspected fraudulent activity.

8. Workspace Usage Rules

  • Users agree to use all spaces respectfully and responsibly.
  • Users must maintain cleanliness and avoid causing damage to facilities.
  • Disruptive behavior, excessive noise, or misuse of the space is strictly prohibited.
  • The Platform reserves the right to remove any user violating these rules without refund.

9. Cancellations, No-Show & Late Policy

  • Users may cancel bookings within the allowed cancellation window as defined at the time of booking.
  • Late cancellations may be subject to partial or no refund.
  • Failure to attend a booking ("No-show") may result in forfeiture of the full booking amount.
  • Repeated no-shows may result in account restrictions or suspension.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All content, logos, and materials on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Messaha.
  • Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent.

11. Prohibited Activities Users may not:

  • Misuse the Platform or its facilities.
  • Engage in unlawful, harmful, or disruptive behavior.
  • Use automated tools to access or extract data.
  • Violate the rights of other users or the Platform.

12. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations and refunds are governed by the Platform’s Refund Policy.
  • Certain bookings, memberships, or programs may be non-refundable depending on their nature.

13. Limitation of Liability

  • Messaha is not responsible for:
  • Any loss or damage resulting from the use of the Platform or its services.
  • Interruptions, delays, or unavailability of services.
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

14. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if these Terms are violated or for any unlawful activity.

15. Changes to These Terms

  • Messaha reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted with an updated effective date.

16. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
