1. General Policy
Messaha provides services, not physical goods. Once a service has started, it is considered non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
2. Service Cancellation
If you wish to cancel before work begins, a full refund will be issued. After work has started, refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, with deductions for the cost of work already completed.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Government fees, third-party costs, and document processing fees are non-refundable.
4. Office and Shared Spaces
Payments for booking offices or shared spaces are refundable only if canceled at least 14 days before the start date. No refunds will be issued for late cancellations.
