1. Booking Cancellations

- Failure to attend a confirmed booking ("No-show") will result in forfeiture of the full booking amount.

3. Memberships & Subscriptions
- Membership fees (monthly or annual) are generally non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.
- Users may cancel their subscription at any time, but cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- No refunds will be issued for unused time within an active subscription period.
4. Programs & Events
- Refund eligibility for paid programs or events depends on the cancellation timing and specific program terms.
